Terms of Service
The ground rules for requesting, purchasing, and participating in a TFYH experience.

The service
TFYH is a social experience company, not a dating, escort, medical, mental-health, transportation, or security service. A request is not a confirmed booking until TFYH approves the request, confirms availability and matching, and receives any required payment.
Eligibility and truthful information
You must be at least 21 years old to book. You agree to provide accurate information, submit only documents that belong to you, and keep your contact and experience details current. TFYH may pause or decline a request when information is incomplete, inconsistent, or raises a safety concern.
Pricing and separate costs
Prices marked “starting at” are base prices and may change with scope, timing, location, availability, holiday demand, or added services. Unless explicitly included in a written confirmation, food, drinks, tickets, admission, transportation, lodging, and other activity costs are separate from the TFYH service fee. You will receive the applicable service and price information before a final booking is confirmed.
Conduct and boundaries
Customers and Friends must respect consent, personal boundaries, the agreed itinerary, and the scheduled end time. Harassment, coercion, threats, discrimination, unwanted sexual conduct, illegal activity, or pressure to use substances is prohibited. Either party may leave an unsafe situation. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
Matching and availability
Preferences help TFYH make a thoughtful match but do not guarantee a specific person or every requested trait. Availability, location, timing, safety review, and fit all affect whether a request can be accepted.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
For standard experiences, the TFYH service fee is fully refundable more than 48 hours before the scheduled start, 50% refundable between 24 and 48 hours, and nonrefundable less than 24 hours before the start or for a no-show. Disclosed third-party and nonrecoverable costs are excluded. The complete Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these terms. Event-specific terms may also apply and will be shown before registration or purchase.
